Fourth task:
The day was canceled due to strong wind. Anyway the enother takeoff they took us to was too small to let 150 pilots to get into the air in a short time.

Fifth task:
We took off from the spanish takeoff. Just after the start cylinder they stoped the task because the conditions became too dangerous.
Some pilots didn't managed to get ouf from the takeoff rigde since they were too low. Also near the ground it was blowing about 40-45 km/h
But... me, Carlucho , some turkish pilot and another 3 guys continued to fly. 20 km to goal me and turkish pilot found ourselfs pretty low above some ridge near the vilage, the wind was too strong to fly without speedbar. Somehow I managed to catch the strong core and got out of there. That day I was the only pilot on goal.
On my way back we picked up turkish pilot who was flying all the way without the left brake line! He has balls of steel! We've found also Carlucho in a bar in some vilage drinking beer with the locals:) I've riched the maximum speed of 111 km/h that day.

Tha day was canceled.

Finally I have some time to report.
My luck has gone away... Just before the first task my primary gps died. Thanks to Itay, for giving me his backup.
First task:
I'm on goal, but almost the last one. Right after the start cylinder I've lost the main gagle. As a result after couple km's
found myself stucked above the small ridge on 100m altitude and 30 km/h wind with couple of other pilots.
Somehow managed to escape from there, thinking all the time that in case of any collapse the first thing I would do is throuh the reserve.
Anyway, managed to rich the goal on my own.













 Second task:
Perfect air start, stayed with the main gagle till the first waypoint. Just a little misstake lead me to the ground with another pilots.
Italian pilot who landed near me was very depressed, just couldn't realise how this happend to him.
Camila is crying... poor girl :(
First rule is - stay high.


Third task:
So you're telling your luck has gone away? Not yet... wait a sec. Now it's gone! 
Fuck! Somehow I've broke the gps screen (the one that Itay gave me) during the takeoff. So only able to hear it when I go up. 
Used my Garmin to navigate on the task. Me and Itay on goal. Victor tried to be with leaders and left the last termal without gaining 
enogth altitude, so landed 2-3 km before the goal.

Terrible night. Right after the Friday 13 party came down to the camping.
There's one rule I'm trying to not to brake - never go sleep without taking a shower.
Noone told that it should be a hot shower:) Yeah... it was so freezing, but actually helped me a little to not to feel the cold outside.
And than it became worth... Dont know how much degrees was outside, but my body was shaking all the time. The paraglider bag I covered myself with didnt help much.


Friday 13
Woke up into a clowdy day, almost raining.
Today locals celebrate Friday 13 by orginising medival fest.THe town is invaded by zombies and witches:)

This morning I meet Suby who also will participate on PWC. So kind guy, he organised a tent for me in a camping for tomorrow night. Because hotel kicking me off for a one day :)
At afternoon we managed to go to the main takeoff and flew about an hour. The conditions weren't so strong so I flew along the ridge near Montalegre to take a closer look on air turbines and than came back to the town.







Yesterday I've arrived to Montalegre (Portugal) for Paragliding World Cup event.
Many thanks to HIRO which sponosoring me on this event :) I'll do my best , guys!
The hole trip took about 14 hours, the last leg did by taxi, just was too tired to wait for a bus from Braga.
Oh.. just realised I've forgot my softshell jacket:( There pretty cold up there. Hope it's possible to borrow one from local pilots.

And here it comes:)

Finally accomplished another part of my Evil Plan.
How it comes, that on the day with shitty conditions you do almost  your one of the best flights?
Unfortunately there was only one critical leg on this flight - Puriya junc. to Zfat. This one really got me
full committed about  the decision to pass over the huge burned fields. After this it was like a meditation.
94.1 km not bad for a beginning.

Flight time: 4:36
